Youre definitely bulemic. If you make yourself throw up after eating to lose weight or fear of gaining weight for 6 months, then yes you are bulemic. It doesnt seem like you have it very bad but you still do which is a problem. You need to lose weight the healthy way because for one you can severly damage your body in ways you couldnt even imagine and the way your doing it right now obviously isnt working. If you just eat right and exercise then you will see good results fairly quickly. Ive been eating lots of fruits and veggies and cut out junk food and soda and walking arond my neighborhood 30-60 minutes 5-6 times a week for the past two weeks and im already seeing significant results. People think losing weight means eating gross veggies and having to watch every single thing you put in your mouth when in reality its not. You just need to know whats good for you and what isnt and you can figure everything out from there. Just find something that fits your lifestyle and say to yourself can i do this for the rest of my life? Be realistic.

One thing I don't get in the new Star Trek movie?

Okay, so I've watched the DVD like 20 times now. Obsessive, I know. But there is one part of the movie that I just can't understand. When Kirk's escape pod lands on Delta Vega and he finds Spock hanging out in the ice cave, they have a little chat and Spock tells Kirk that he needs to get back to the Enterprise. So they walk to the Federation outpost, and Scotty and a little green alien guy appear to be the only people at this particular facility. They never explain exactly what the purpose of the outpost is, just the fact that Scotty suspects he was igned there as punishment, basically implying that there were some sort of questionable 'official orders' placing him there and requiring him to stay there. So why is it that after Spock (basically) sets up the transport, Scotty beams WITH Kirk to the Enterprise? I mean.. other than the obvious answers such as 'he didn't like it there on the icy planet' or 'he was really hungry'. Wouldn't he basically be abandoning his post? Wouldn't he then get in trouble for that by Starfleet? Its not like they wouldn't find out. It just seems strange and out-of-place to me that he would make such a bold and deliberate decision to invite himself along to the Enterprise without even asking anybody or anything. Maybe its just me..

Trouble with my jaw and speech?

Okay about 4 years ago I was on a pogo stick (had to for gym) and I slipped off one side of it and smashed my jaw into it, the pogo stick was made from metal, and it hurt my jaw so bad I didn't go to the hospital but I couldn't open my jaw more then a centimeter for almost 5 or 6 months, and now I am 15 and I still can't fully open my jaw I can maybe open my mouth about the width of my index finger any ideas of what might have happened? Ferret Health Question?

My ferret has been lazy all of his life. He's never really had that high energy that some other ferrets do. But recently, he's been acting a bit more lethargic. For instance, he only gets up to eat, go the bathroom (so to speak), and drink water, then he goes back to bed. Unfortunately, a few days ago I did notice some vomit in the ferrets room (however I have not been able to pinpoint if this vomiting came from the ferret in question, just mentioning it). Is this increased lathargy something to be worried about or, as he is aging now around 5, is it just an age thing?

Good cactus soil mixture?

These are my first cacti in a while. I made a dish garden with a 12 inch plate usually used under a container for water. What I did is I mixed about 1 part old horse manure (only soil I had) with about 2 or 3 parts creek gravel. I have a creek behind my house and the gravel is small so I thought it would act like sand. Additionally I added a layer of medium to large gravel on the bottom (from my driveway I think it's limestone. I used it before). Does this sound good? Thnx.

it's funny i used to have tons of friends and i was always doing something and i never felt alone. How can I break down this frozen raw food?

I bought a log of frozen raw food for my pets. It says on the package to only defrost the portion you plan to use. My LMP was 8/11/10 and my cycle is every 30 days like clockwork. I had early morning of 8/21 and douched the next evening (I know, BAD, but I wanted to clean up). Don't ever feel obligated to help someone who isn't nice to you. They are teenagers and snooty. I am an american and was also engaged in International educational exchange and worked in London. We were a large group of students from about 10 different countries. We had nice kids, snooty ones, and bitches. You take people at their own measure, just because they are not nice doesn't mean you have to continue helping them. They also have to realize that they need you more than you need them. It doesn't sound nice, but when you are dependent on others for their help, you don't have to take crap. Talk to them, try to find out what is really going on.

Brain Cancer in a Chernobyl victim, young 19 year old girl needs surgery ASAP but has no money for it any hope

My cousin in the Ukraine was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor, after the doctors previously diagnosed her with high blood pressure. Now that the doctors actually know that she has a brain tumor, and since they didn't realize it before, the tumor has gotten big and needs surgery as soon as possible. According to my aunt they need $4,000 for the surgery, my family doesn't have this money, and I am hoping that someone may know what to do. Are there any programs/groups/ociations that may be able to help her? Again, she is in Ukraine and I don't know if the American Cancer Society would be any help, and I haven't been able to find anything else on-line? Is it bad that I want to be chubby?

I am currently a healthy weight and pretty average-sized, but I don't like the way I look. I would like to have a little bit of a flabby/squishy belly. I am 5 foot 6 and 150 pounds (that may sound a little chubby already but I'm actually not). I want to put on maybe 15 to 20 pounds of fat, gradually is fine so I don't look like a pig eating everything under the sun. So I want to be like 165 or 170 pounds by the middle or end of July. Yes I know that would make me a little overweight that's my goal. I want to show the world that it is possible to be beautiful and chubby at the same time, because a lot of people think it is impossible. I plan on starting to lose the weight maybe a 6 months to 2 years after. I will still exercise regularly, but I'll eat more. Not necessarily a ton of junk, but more calories, more fat grams, and bigger portions. I want to do this to help bigger girls feel more confident about themselves because all the people in my school say I'm very pretty and I'd like to prove a point that I can get a little fat and still be beautiful. I think it would also teach a lot of guys a lesson, and it would also show which guys really like me (because a lot do right now) and the ones who are just after me for looks. Do you think this is a good/bad idea? Why or why not? As I said I DO plan on losing the weight after.

I'm sorry your parents aren't supportive of you. When they lay the blame on you then it allows them to be part of this ongoing abuse. I'd tell a school counselor or a trust worthy adult friend who is not a friend of your parents. You can hit him in return but the effect will still be the same: your parents will take his side. If you beat him up what treatment would your parents give you when they state that it's your fault in the first place? Call the none emergency number for police and report this. When your parents allow this, they are just as guilty as your brother. Also, doent the times he has hit you and what your parents have stated to you upon your reporting his hitting. Have a friend over who can witness this treatment. You don't have to put up with this.

Help designing a wearable paper dress?

I don't know much about sewing but I used a product on clothe once called Stitch Witchery (SP?) in lieu of sewing. It was a heat activated adhesive tape, using an iron. You would have to be careful to not dry out the paper,or even burn it in the process. A friend in grad school made dresses and mens suits using clear plastic painter's drop clothes which she painted her patterns on. She used adhesive tapes to join the pieces together. She had a fashion show that was pretty funny. I would go with using patterns just to eliminate any guess work. Sounds interesting, good luck and have fun.

Who thinks that Romo sucks?

It is not all his fault that the team did bad this year. The Cowboys defense was not the best this season and some games they did not even show up at all. Marion Barber who was suppose to carry the rushing load got hurt and lost his confidence or something Choice did a good job filling in though. Roy Williams did not show up at all after he was traded from Detroit, the offense of line started look out blocking instead of going out and attacking the defense. The T.O. thing got blown out of hand and caused some problems in the locker room. Should I go to culinary school?

Here's the deal. I love writing, in fact one day I want to be a screenwriter/novelist. However, I'm a realist and know I need something stable and retail is just not working out for me anymore. I'm 34 and want to feel content in my career area before I hit 40. So I was thinking about culinary school. People say I'm a good at cooking and would make a great chef. Two schools I'm considering are New England Culinary Institute (Montpelier, Vt.) or the French Culinary Institute (Campbell Ca. and NYC). Before I make that next step I'm wondering if I should give it a few more months to see if anything happens with my writing and then go into it. If I sell a novel or screenplay by January I can afford the school. I've got some connections in the NYC publishing world. I kind of want to avoid having to get grants and financial aid. Hey, girls... Sorry to get a little explicit, but I had a weird thing happen the other day with my husband. He was using his finger on my for maybe a total of 25 minutes. I had either three or four s - I can't remember. He took a minute or so break in between. However, when he took his finger out, it was wrinkly! Like when you take a shower too long and your fingers wrinkle. That had never happened before and I was totally weirded out. We probably both were. This isn't the first time I have had multiple s. He is pretty attentive - we have spent even longer and had more s than this time. So why was this different? I wasn't as wet as I normally am. We didn't need lubrication, though.
