When is Michael Phelps coming to New York? please help!!?

On the news it says that Michael Phelps is coming to New York after he goes to London. I'm guessing he is probably going to be in New york city. i live in Connecticut but very close to New York city. I want to go to nyc to see him but i dont know when is coming or where he is going to be.
