Is Palm Beach in "the South?"?

I think most people consider the limits of Dixie to be a line from Ocala over to Daytona. By the time you reach a line from Orlando over to around The Cape Dixie has evaporated. It's all retired Northerners and Cubans and their descendants (no offense). Some Yanks from the rust belt looking for work also noticeable. You know I never heard of a Southerner retiring and moving to the North. Did you?
