I need some good answers. Whats do you thinks better consolidating debts or bankruptcy?

I'm 25,000 dollars in debt and really want to pay off my debts because most of them are old except a repossession i have from last august. There all small store credit cards and such things besides that. Anybody have any good advide? PLEASE HELP!
