Legal question about online sellers?

so I went ahead and I bought a flute off of ebay from a commercial seller. I just received a clarinet. I called the number of the music store and they were very rude with me. I decided to look up this clarinet they sent me and I found it's about 6 times more expensive. What would be the legalities of me keeping the clarinet and selling it?
