Do you think it a good idea to put oneself under the CMHT of a Borough to which you might move?

Everything is being transfered to a CMHT at Flatbush from Berkhampstead.Do you think I might not be in actual physical danger from ault by strangers or Nurses or both?I might be doing it all wrong.The Mental Health world is scary,I might be an outsider and there is a gang of people just waiting to get me.Don't you think so?
