Anyone know of any wedding officiants in Lafayette parish Louisiana?

I'm getting married in Nov, but unfortunately my fiance and I haven't been to church in years so we don't have a church to go to or a pastor to perform the wedding. I've been looking for officiants to perform the ceremony but can't seem to find any. Can anyone help? Oh! Does anyone know if a justice of the peace can perform a wedding outside the courthouse?
