I don't fit the criteria for bulimia, and to have it you have to fit into each one of these categories?

Youre definitely bulemic. If you make yourself throw up after eating to lose weight or fear of gaining weight for 6 months, then yes you are bulemic. It doesnt seem like you have it very bad but you still do which is a problem. You need to lose weight the healthy way because for one you can severly damage your body in ways you couldnt even imagine and the way your doing it right now obviously isnt working. If you just eat right and exercise then you will see good results fairly quickly. Ive been eating lots of fruits and veggies and cut out junk food and soda and walking arond my neighborhood 30-60 minutes 5-6 times a week for the past two weeks and im already seeing significant results. People think losing weight means eating gross veggies and having to watch every single thing you put in your mouth when in reality its not. You just need to know whats good for you and what isnt and you can figure everything out from there. Just find something that fits your lifestyle and say to yourself can i do this for the rest of my life? Be realistic.
