College choice: UVA or GWU Honors?

I've visited University of Virginia and George Washington University and love them both, so I have no idea which one to choose. I'm in-state for UVA, and got into the honors program at GW. I think I'm leaning towards UVA because it's still about 15k cheaper, I know a lot of people, and I feel like it has a bit more undergraduate prestige than GW. People keep telling me that I'll develop more connections at GW though, so I have no ideas. Suggestions/Input?
