So is World War 3 needed to end the Global Recession?

I don't really understand your question. World War I only created jobs for as long as the war continued and it also created war profiteering. Both of which cannot sustain any country. Also if there was a World War III there wouldn't be a world to better any economy. We'd all be dead, dying, and wishing for death.
