Im 13 and pregnant and i need someones help please!!!!!?

i live with my grandparents because my mom is in jail almost all the time and she has with black guys that ate perves like molesters and if they find out im pregnant and had with a black guy im dead and i want to go to my moms for help but i cant trust that bi*** i shouldnt of got pregnant cuz he used a condom. plz help me
