Im 14 and i go a 56:14?

okk so i have been on the swim team 4 9 years and i dont kno if this time is good??? like 56:14 good for my 100 free? like idk bc i am the slowest person in my grade on the teamm!!! i want to go faster i cant!!! like we have won wimpals so meny years and my coach wants me 2 swim im to slow!! like yea how rude helllp meee!!!
