I think you have an excellent team, and you would probably be able to beat Red now. Use Vileplume or Typhlosion against his Pikachu, Magnezone against Lapras, Poliwrath's physical moves or Dragonite against Snorlax, Typlosion or Dragonite against Venusaur, Poliwrath orMagnezone against Charizard, and Vileplume or Magnezone against Blastoise.
