What are examples of your position being undermined in the workplace?

From my experience, undermining is a process of weakening your authority or power to take advantage over you for personal gain and power. Usually undermining people have a personality issue with no respect for others. At the end of the day they loose respect from colleagues and people tend to avoid them whenever possible. At the same time companies also have lost good and reliable employees for this reason.
