Is Glenn Beck creating a secret paramilitary force?

I thought I heard somewhere that it was leaked that Glenn Beck's 9-12 project was a screening for acceptance into his own private paramilitary group bent on overthrowing the U.S. Gov't and imprisoning any dissenters. Is this true? could Beck be planning this? If not then why has he not denied it?
